Order Management

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking code to monitor the shipment in real-time.

• Processing hours: Our team carefully prepares your packages from Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM CET).

• Weekends and holidays: Purchases made during the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Preparation times: We strive to ship all orders within 1 business day.
